Oh look what I found on my iphone in which i forgot all about and I totally forgot to say thankyou Larry for giving me my $2,312,35 back. Heres a photo that I took in the Commonwealth Bank when i deposited it in Southport because I thought id take a bit of a photo trophy so I could rub it back in your face.

I worked with Larry Pickering and his brand new companies Cohen Strachan Investment Pty Ltd (CSI) and International Arbitrage Strategies (IAS) for 5 months between March 2007 and July 2007.
I believed we were setting up legitimate companies and eventually launch IAS on the Australian Stock Exchange.
I traded for IAS as the only sports trader from a house at 8 Ivor Court, Benowa, Qld, which Antionette Meade rented for the start up of CSI and IAS. Bill Thompson was the director of IAS, I believed, with Larry Pickering running and financing both businesses.
I was told to deny to anyone any association between Larry Pickering and the company or myself because he didn’t want to be “hounded” by anyone.
After a couple of months, when sales started coming through, I understood what Mr Pickering thought of clients because he classed customer support as “dead wood”. At this stage Larry Pickering (used the phone alias Paul Perry), Wayne Evans, Antionette Meade, Keith Jones (alias Bruce Bishop), Paul (UK origin, surname unknown, alias Simon Phillips) and Glen Hewitt (alias Glen Strachan) moved down to an office at Burleigh Business Park, on Executive Drive, Burleigh, leaving Larry’s son Larry (TJ) the software moderator and myself operating the business from 8 Ivor Court. The service was made by TJ who started making it only months before it was being sold with data streamed from Daniel Kirk at Sportspunter.com.
I realised the data was streamed from Daniel Kirk at Sportspunter.com because this name was being displayed in the CSI software. One day the account was closed down which in turn shut down all of the CSI clients’ program feeds and functions. This made me realise there was no licensing agreement with Sportspunter and I heard Larry on the phone with Daniel Kirk arguing over the issue for a period of about a week. All this was going one while all of the clients’ software was not working. Eventually Daniel Kirk took Larry Pickering to court but lost his case. (I do not know the full details.) The software did not function at all for one week.
What I gradually realised, in the 5 months between March 2007 and July 2007, was that the company was showing a blatant disregard of the law and innocent people. The sales team ignored the impossibility of the mathematics they alleged to be behind this software which was increasingly over priced and was B grade compared to market standards. During the time I was there the price was raised from $8,000 plus GST to $12,000 plus GST and then $16,000 plus GST I believe because the trading I was doing was operating successfully.
When I realised the salespeople were misrepresenting the facts of the package and that this was condoned by management (Larry Pickering and Wayne Evans), it became morally impossible for me to function inside that organisation – also there was no mathematical chance that ordinary people could achieve what the salespeople told them in order for them to be convinced to sign up. I became convinced that the whole operation was entirely not honest.
Phone sales clerks used false names to protect their identity when an irate customer would attempt to file an official complaint.
A matter of weeks after the first sales, complaints started to roll in on a regular basis. I was a witness to the first complaints and workers using false names to deal with them before the second office was opened in Burleigh and all of the sales side of things, including customer support, was moved away from my earshot. I heard these conversations for approximately four weeks. I witnessed about six people having trouble trading and three wanting a full refund, but this was when not many packages had been sold.
During this time I heard the phone clerks manipulate potential clients all day by misrepresenting the mathematical facts, instead promising what I knew to be impossible returns. As this was the case, I had no future in the business trying to do the impossible as a trader and left the company. The only trading history CSI/IAS has is the history from the trading I did during my time there. I doubt they would be able to produce any figures since then. My figures were used in the original glossy brochure Mr Pickering produced and, to my knowledge, I was the only one in the company with a professional background in sports trading.
Since I left I have noticed posts in various online forums that have made me aware that there are many people who feel they have been cheated by CSI and are struggling to have their refund claims dealt with – during my time with Mr Pickering, I never knew him to approve refunding money to anyone.
I often had arguments with Mr Pickering about the price, the service and the direction and he would always smooth my concerns over by assuring me that we were working towards going on the ASX and that clients were happy with the service overall.
I have witnessed Mr Pickering using the false name Paul Perry on the telephone on numerous occasions.
Since I left the organisation, taking with me commission honestly earned, I have received many threats from Mr Pickering including that of physical violence to myself and one of my associates.
He has persisted in libeling me, he thinks with impunity, on several bogus websites using different pseudonyms and it is only recently that I have become aware of proof that these false websites were officially being operated by Mr Pickering. From the style of the language this is obvious to me, but the proof of the pudding has come from the fraud squad.
I have attached some email correspondence during my time there.

To All Potential Clients
We have run a successful business for the past three years. Our reputation has been questioned of late by an individual named Richard Partington.
This is the chronological sequence of Mr Partington's dealings with CSI.
- He had numerous live trials and conversations with CSI representatives.
- His lawyer emails on his behalf asking numerous relevant questions about the program and its purchase.
- Mr Partington is told in no uncertain terms, as is every client, that CSI is a data/software supplier and that he will need funds to trade with.
- He has no funds so he borrows from his girlfriend to fund the $17600 (inc GST) for the software, the data feed in perpetuity and unlimited training.
- At his first training session he informs the trainer he has no money to trade with and will be cashing in his traded certificate offered to him by the software licensor.
- There is a dispute with him and the licensor about the certificate.
- Mr Partington then goes on an offensive rage and refuses training, deletes his software and wages an internet campaign about CSI. (Incidentally CSI has no involvement in issues with the trading certificate.)
- Mr Partington starts threatening members of CSI staff for the return of his funds- police are involved and he is charged.
- Mr Partington puts in applications for a CTTT hearing and after many months receives a judgment stating that he will not claim the cost of the program from the Company but that CSI must pay him the trading certificate funds. CSI dispute the ruling as the trading certificate is nothing to do with us. The funds regardless have since been reimbursed to Mr Partington.
- Mr Partington's internet nonsense causes trouble for other involved entities like the software licensor IAS HK Ltd etc. He is allowed to post his comments freely, without any verification, on a forum site based in the UK. A moderator of this site that allows his ranting is a Shane Greenup AKA Aegist who also lives in Sydney and runs various sites that steer people towards his $50 subscription sites with delayed data that is useless to any trader. Greenup receives commission for site traffic. It is our belief that Partington is acting for Greenup in his attempt to have us taken out of the industry so people will have nowhere to go but to his lucrative $50 inferior sites. All Mr Partington's claims about who owns MY company are outrageous- I own it... and no other person has an interest in it!
The fact remains that CSI has never backed away from a complaint and any issues are promptly resolved. To date we have only ever had one client complain in such an immature manner... and that is Mr Partington. We are not hard to find- we have offices that can be attended... we can be found at many business expos around the country. Most recently in The Perth Expo it was great to see Carbon A users come along and share their experiences with members of our hard working team.
If, in your due diligence, you feel the need to contact this individual we suggest you do so with caution. Gosford police have informed us that he is a known town menace and anyone with any common-sense will see that he is unstable to say the least. We urge you not to let one individual's inane crusade stop you from moving forward. We can provide many genuine clients for you to speak to that are using CarbonA right now and we are happy for you to test trial the data as much as you like before you make a decision. Lawrence David Pickering
cartoonist and caricaturist, was born in Melbourne. Self-taught as a cartoonist, he began displaying daily cartoons on the door of the men's toilet while employed as a proof reader at the Canberra Times until editor John Allen began publishing his work in 1971. That year he won the Walkely Award for best cartoon, repeating this for 1972 and 1974, the year he transferred to the Sydney Morning Herald as its third cartoonist (with George Molnar and Emeric Vrbancich) – though Falkingham had wanted him as staff cartoonist when Eyre Junior died in 1972. He contributed some of the stronger, more Rabelaisian cartoons rejected by the Herald to Max Suich at the National Times in the mid-1970s, e.g. Parliament House, Canberra, as a country dunny and what goes on inside and around it (Souter 487-88).
Pickering moved to News Ltd (the Australian) in 1976 after the Herald declined to pay his salary into a private company for tax purposes; he was replaced by Patrick Cook. An original 1979 Pickering cartoon is at Mitchell Library [ML] PXD 764. 370 others dating from 24 August 1979 but mostly 1984-88, chiefly done for the Bulletin, are at ML PXD 739. They include caricatures of Andrew Peacock, Joh Bjelke-Petersen, James Fairfax, John Howard, Malcolm Fraser, Susan Ryan, Paul Keating, Bob Hawke, John Singleton and topics like the ABC, trade unions, royal family and Aboriginal issues. The State Library of new South Wales [SLNSW] photocopied 52 onto archival paper that were originally sent to the Bulletin by fax (PICMAN). Original (f.50) showing the BHP Building with a voice issuing from it, 'Believe it or not we looked out the window one day and we thought screw Newcastle', published Bulletin 11 September 1984, 24 ('reduction 43%'), was used in the 1999 SLNSW b/w exhibition.
By the mid-1980s Pickering had produced lots of books of cartoons, including his 'famous Jungle Series'(?) and his celebrated calendars of politicians in the nude, Pickering's Playmates. Then he retired from cartooning altogether, announcing that he was going to grow tomatoes – which he did. Later he became involved in horse racing. He was highly influential on Australian cartoonists in the 1970s and early 1980s, including Geoff Pryor who was appointed his successor on the Canberra Times in 1977.

Mr Luckhardt was appointed the sole director of Hamlyn Crest Corporation Pty Ltd ("Hamlyn Crest") on 14 December
1999.
On 15 November 2002, liquidators were appointed following a special resolution that the company be voluntarily
wound up.
The Commissioner ("the DCT") recovered a judgment by consent from Mr Luckhardt in respect of director's penalties
payable by him because Hamlyn Crest had not met its obligations in respect of the remittance of group tax payments.
Mr Luckhardt brought proceedings against Mr Pickering seeking an indemnity in respect of the sum for which Mr
Luckhardt was liable to the DCT.
Mr Luckhardt's claim was that in late 1999 he had agreed to become a director of Hamlyn Crest at the request of
Mr Pickering, who wanted to conceal the fact of his association with the company, in return for Mr Pickering's promise
to indemnify him for any liability incurred by him as a result of being a director of the company. The agreement was
said to have been made orally.
The only issue before the learned trial judge was whether the oral agreement for which Mr Luckhardt contended had
been made. The learned trial judge preferred the evidence of Mr Luckhardt to that of Mr Pickering, and concluded that
the agreement had been made. Accordingly, judgment was given in favour of Mr Luckhardt.
The Present Proceeding
Mr Lawrence Pickering has sought to overturn the judgment on a number of grounds which may be summarised as
follows:
(a) Mr Lawrence Pickering's promise was unenforceable because it was a guarantee of which there was no note or
memorandum in writing as required by s 56 of the Property Law Act 1974 (Qld) ("the PLA");
(b) the learned trial judge erred in considering inadmissible evidence as to the credibility of Mr Lawrence
Pickering.
(c) the learned trial judge erred in finding in favour of Mr Luckhardt on the agreement issue when that finding was
against the weight of the evidence.
What was the decision?
[8] The business of Hamlyn Crest was the promotion and sale of a computer program which, it was claimed, was
able to predict the result of horse races. The business employed up to 50 people engaged in marketing the
program.
[9] [Mr Luckhardt’s] case was that [Mr Lawrence Pickering], who had been living in a de facto relation with [Mr Luckhardt’s] daughter since 1992, asked [Mr Luckhardt] to become a director of one of [Mr Lawrence Pickering’s] companies. [Mr Luckhardt] said that this conversation occurred in 1999, by telephone, at a time
when [Mr Lawrence Pickering] and [Mr Luckhardt’s] daughter were living in Vanuatu. [Mr Luckhardt] said
that [Mr Lawrence Pickering] said that he would have to do nothing. [Mr Luckhardt] said that he asked [Mr Lawrence Pickering]: "What if something goes wrong?" to which [Mr Lawrence Pickering] replied: "Well, you
can resign at any time. If anything goes wrong, you know, I'll completely indemnify you." [Mr Luckhardt]
asked: "What does that mean?" and [Mr Lawrence Pickering] replied: "Any liabilities, anything you could cut
short on I will - I will pick up the tab on that", and [Mr Lawrence Pickering] repeated: "You could resign at
any time." [Mr Luckhardt’s] evidence was that he did not immediately agree to [Mr Lawrence Pickering’s]
request, but had several discussions with his daughter over time, and agreed to become a director of the
company which turned out to be Hamlyn Crest.
[10] The documents required for this purpose were brought to [Mr Luckhardt] by Wayne Evans who was known to
[Mr Luckhardt] as [Mr Lawrence Pickering’s] business manager. Mr Evans was called as a witness by [Mr Lawrence Pickering]. In cross-examination he acknowledged that it was possible that he took the necessary
documents to [Mr Luckhardt] for his signature, but then asserted that the documents he recalled taking to [Mr Luckhardt] may have related to the lease of premises at Creek Street by Hamlyn Crest rather than the
documents relating to the formation of the company.
[19] After [Mr Luckhardt’s] daughter and [Mr Lawrence Pickering] separated, [Mr Lawrence Pickering] married
another woman. [Mr Lawrence Pickering’s] wife, from whom he is separated, gave evidence by telephone
from England. She said that [Mr Lawrence Pickering] had told her that Hamlyn Crest was his company and
that he owned it. [Mr Lawrence Pickering] denied that he had said this.
[26] I do not accept [Mr Lawrence Pickering’s] submission that his Honour must be taken to have erred in this
regard. Experience suggests that misunderstandings between lawyers and clients occur not infrequently. …
An oral guarantee
[29] [Mr Lawrence Pickering] contended in written submissions that the promise found by the learned trial judge
was a guarantee, and was, therefore, unenforceable because there was no written note or memorandum of the
promise as required by s 56 of the PLA.
[30] There are two answers to this contention which was, in any event, not pressed on the hearing on the appeal.
First, the absence of a written memorandum of [Mr Lawrence Pickering’s] promise was not pleaded in his
defence. It has long been established that, notwithstanding the language of s 56 of the PLA, an action may be
brought on an oral guarantee, and that the absence of written evidence of the guarantee is a defence which must
be pleaded if the absence of written evidence is to defeat the claim on the guarantee.[5] Thus, the absence of a
written note or memorandum of [Mr Lawrence Pickering’s] promise was simply not an issue in the case.[6]
[31] The second answer to [Mr Lawrence Pickering’s] contention is that the promise found by the learned trial
judge was not a guarantee: it was not a promise to answer for the debts of another. The promise found by his
Honour was not that [Mr Lawrence Pickering] would pay any debts owed by Hamlyn Crest to [Mr Luckhardt],
but that [Mr Lawrence Pickering] would pay "any liabilities" incurred by [Mr Luckhardt] as a result of
becoming a director of Hamlyn Crest. [Mr Luckhardt’s] debt to the DCT is a liability of [Mr Luckhardt], and
no less so because it arose by reason of the failure of Hamlyn Crest to comply with its obligations as an
employer in respect of the remittance of group tax payments to the DCT.
[32] At the hearing of the appeal, the guarantee point was relied upon only as a "straw in the wind" pointing to the
incompetence of counsel who had failed to plead by way of defence the absence of a written note or memorandum of [Mr Lawrence Pickering’s] promise. As is apparent, however, this is not a case where the
relevant promise sought to be enforced could have been categorised as a guarantee. [Mr Lawrence Pickering’s]
counsel at trial cannot be criticised for failing to plead this ground of defence.
[41] It may also be that the multiplication of credibility issues might have been thought to be likely to enure to the
disadvantage of [Mr Luckhardt] as the party who bore the onus of proof at trial. Especially is this so where, as
the learned trial judge said, whether or not the activities in which Hamlyn Crest was involved were illegal, they
brought no credit upon any of the individuals involved.
[42] Finally, it might also have been that [Mr Lawrence Pickering’s] counsel was keen to present [Mr Lawrence Pickering] as a person with nothing to hide. Experienced advocates often adopt a tactic of insouciance

lol well how about I say this to everyone now I have started meeting people from all over Australia who have told me some horrific stories about how much money they have lost and times i have even been very upset because of the amounts that they lost and because of the people who were being targetted eg: elderly people and dying people.
Now regardless if any of you like anything that i say towards scam artists i would like for you to all think about this that Larry Pickering Antoinette Mead and Wayne Evans are currently living the life of luxury and wealth and how they have done this is by coming up with an idea that sounds good but in reality is a lie and because of this it has costs so many people so much money from there bank accounts.
Larry Pickering lives in the Crown Towers and Antoinette Mead lives in the rich area of Carrara and Wayne Evans owns a beautiful house at Nerang and all of them are driving the most expensive cars and let us not forget that Crown Towers provides room services and a beautiful swimming pool spa sauna gym and all of the rest and this has all been paid for and yes thats right by innocent peoples bank accounts and yes thats right Larry these people actually worked for it and this is something that you cant understand.
Im telling all of you who read this that it was as if Antoinette felt that it was abnormal to give somebody there money back when she handed over my total amount and she handed it to me in 100s and 50s and you should have seen the look on her face it was if she was about to cry.
You see Larry Pickering Pickering Wayne Evans Antoineete Mead look at peoples bank accounts and they say wow look at all of that money in your account WELL THATS NOT YOUR MONEY THAT IS OUR MONEY, WE HAVE JUST GOT TO WORK OUT A WAY TO GET TO IT and thats how they all see it.
So if anyone is offended or upset about the insults and the way they speak to these scam artists who keep doing this to innocent peoples bank accounts then all I can say is that you really need to re-assess the entire story of whats going on.
I am simply making them feel bad about what they are doing and making them feel bad about living it up and my girlfriends money and other peoples money and that is a 100% fact.
I am going to continue to make them feel bad and I am going to continue to fight to get my other refund of 17,600 back and which I know how to get back and I am encouraging everyone who reads this that there is hope for everyone now to get there money back that they worked hard for.
I have found Larry Pickering and Antoinette Meads weak spot now and it is practically a matter of bring them before a financial summons hearing with the specific orders that I was seeking and guess what everyone THEY CAVED LIKE A BIG CHICKEN SHIT. Antoinette knew that she was facing jail if she didnt produce all of the documents that i was seeking so I would like to let everyone know that I know what to do now and if anyone wants any help please do not hesitate to email me or call me and I will show you what to do to get your hard earned money back.

The Truth about OzRipOff, CSI Arbitrage and Shane Greenup

Googling “Shane Greenup” these days sadly places a scam website, OzRipOff.com way too high in the results. Ever since September last year I have been targetted by a couple of scammers who run Sports Arbitrage Investment and Software scams as part of their defamation campaign against all critics and competitors. As the owner of Sports Arbitrage Guide, the most trusted and relied upon information resource in the Sports Arbitrage world, I am obviously both a competitor, and a critic of these scammers. Therefore, the scammers (in this specific instance, the individuals behind CSI Arbitrage) use their fraudulent and illegal website OzRipOff.com to defame me and others.

Since the original defamatory post was a made, a second post about me and Sports Arbitrage Guide has also been posted. The first article, titled simply, “Shane Greenup Wanker” was replaced on the front page of OzRipOff with the much more aggressively titled “Shane Greenup, the sexual deviate’s sportsarbitrageguide scam”.
In the first article, the author simply insults me and attempts to be intimidating. All of the comments are without doubt posted by the same person, with one exception, the first post by “honest”, which I posted in an attempt to inform ignorant readers of the article of the context in which the post was made. The DAY after making this post, my email account, paypal and moneybookers account were hacked, and a significant amount of money was stolen from me.
The second article simply attempts to undermine my integrity, honesty and reputation. It fails for several reasons, primarily missing the point of Sports Arbitrage Guide being a “Free Guide” and also missing the fact that SAG covers every single arbitrage alert service in the market – thus making it impossible for their lies to be even close to reality – there is no way that I personally own every single arbitrage alert software in the market. Not to mention, that the whole thing is a lie anyway – I don’t run any alert service, I “Affiliate” with every alert service which runs an affiliate program, and happily claim whatever small commission I can from the sales off my website, but I am otherwise not associated with these companies at all. But anyone can see that for themselves just by looking – and you can also see the numerous ones which do NOT run affiliate programs, which are also reviewed in my comprehensive* listing of alert service providers. (*Comprehesnive excluding all known SCAM products and services not yet made known to me)
OzRipOff.com is Run by CSI Arbitrage
I knew CSI Arbitrage was behind this assault on my reputation, but what I did not know until recently, was that the entire website was operated by the same people who run CSI. The proof came when I compared the ip addresses of the emails I received from Antoinette Mead, the director of Cohen Strachan Investment, and the ip address of the emails I received from “John Taylor” of OzRipOff.com – They were identical. 59.167.219.109
Further evidence came when Richard Partington posted on OzRipOff about CSI Arbitrage (http://www.ozripoff.com/report-view/826-cohen-screwyouoveryour-investment), and overnight his report of a real rip-off, was quickly turned around into defamatory attack on his character (equally backed up with the same number and style of ‘user comments’ as can be seen on my own articles – further evidence that the SAME PERSON is performing all of these posts and comments.). Anyone can test this fact out for themselves – go to OzRipOff.com right now, and post a report about CSI Arbitrage being a scam, and I guarantee it will be removed – unlike every other article about any other company, which requires you to spend $6000 to have an ‘investigator’ investigate you and clear your name…
Furthermore, only in the last week, CSI actually went and reposted the same lies about me on OzRipOff.com into their own blog (csiarbitrage.com.au/blogview/directors-reponse-re-richard-partington-322). They repeat the lie about the alert services being mine, and incorrectly assume that Richard Partington is somehow under my control or direction. I met Richard Partington for the first time when I went to his CTTT hearing against CSI Arbitrage in Gosford – he was already well under way in his legal proceedings against them, and had already spent a long time investigating them before I even met them. I went to the hearing simply out of duty to my visitors and readers – I felt obliged to find out what was going on. Sadly, I was the only other person who turned up on the day – not even Antoinette Mead (Toni Mead) showed up, but instead partook in the hearing via telephone… The judge did incorrectly assume I was a friend of Richards at the time (since I was there, and no one else was – it is a reasonable assumption), and introduced me to Antoinette Mead as such when the call connected – but the reality was that i was just trying to find the truth – as I always have. Since then, I have found the truh – and as all of this evidence is already demonstrating, it is not in CSI’s favour. So ironically, CSI’s accusation that Richard is working under my directions has the cart before the horse.
And finally, to segue nicely into the next topic, what sort of respectable company publicly names a mere moderator of a public forum, and identifies their geographical location and real name as a way of dealing with the fall out of a disgruntled customer? ArbForum.co.uk is NOT my website. There are 5 moderators there, and 1 administrator – and for some reason, they single me out personally in this way and attempt to make it sound like *I* am responsible for Richard’s ‘rants’. This is NOT respectable company behaviour, under any circumstances. It also completely misses the fact that I have probably deleted more of Richards posts than anyone in an attempt to keep him under control (he’s angry – and I don’t blame him).
Cohen Strachan Investment Lies
CSI Lying Shill in ArbForum – TopOdds
TopOdds spent two years trying to infiltrate ArbForum. He cried scam at every arbitrage scam that was found – and brought plenty of new ones to everyone’s attention. He also spent a lot of time belittling the monthly subscription services (in exactly the same way that they were belittled in the OzRipOff and CSI articles), saying that they were useless and a waste of money. Lastly, he spent a lot of time talking about how “he wouldn’t sell everything he knew for anything less than $50,000!” In short, he spent his whole time on arbforum trying to sound like an experience professional arber, and tried to make $100 a month for an alert service sound too expensive, but $17,600 for some training and software cheap.
And then he posted this thread on arbforum. Sadly, my own replies there show my ignorance at the time, but that was the way it went down. It is clear now that TopOdds was indeed a Shill from the beginning. When confronted with such accusations, he rants:

Yet comparing his IP used to make the posts on ArbForum, with the IP used to log in to trial the Carbon A software 2 years ago, and I found (surprise!) that Topodds was in FACT posting on arbforum from CSI’s office. (btw, note the trades on that screenshot – none of them are arbs?!??!?!)
No respectable company would spend 2 YEARS setting up such a deep shill. Systematically trying to undermine every competitor in the marketplace, legitimate or not, while lying the whole time about who he was, what his experience is, and what his intentions were.
Ironically, it was only because of TopOdds posted the review of CSI that all of this happened. I was happy to ignore CSI altogether – actively fighting scams and scammers didn’t seem worth my time, i had done my part by warning people REPEATEDLY on SAG about scams already – but then TopOdds made his post, and Richard Partington came on the scene making lots of noise – and TopOdds started to defend CSI a little bit too hard. If it wasn’t for TopOdds’ great work defending CSI, I may have never got suspicious. And if it wasn’t for CSI making this personal – by making defamatory comments about me online, and trying to harm my reputation, I don’t think i would have bothered going to all this trouble of reporting their illegal activities to the police, the ACCC, ASIC, Politicians and media outlets, not to mention this much more public posting, which ultimately will reveal their true criminal nature once and for all – hopefully stopping the need for people to bother emailing Richard or myself any more, unsure whether CSI is a scam or not…
So congratulations CSI – Antoinette Mead, Larry pickering, and Wayne Evans – you actually did this all to yourselves.
CSI Steals Their Alert Service Feed
As stated in my original article in 2007, CSI Arbitrage’s Carbon A steals it’s arbitrage alert feed from SportsPunter. I thought that SportsPunter had fixed the problem from their end, but a statutory declaration from an ex employee of CSI states that the attempt to stop CSI from stealing and reselling their feed for the biggest mark-up ever didn’t completely work, and CSI continued to use Sports Punter’s feed. I am not certain that they still use SportsPunters arb feed now, but it was clear that CSI never intended on making their own odds collection and analysis service – they just made someone else’s work look like it belonged to them.

You can also see in that stat dec, that Luke states that he worked for Larry Pickering. Antoinette (toni) Mead is just the fall person. She’s the one who will end up in prison when the authorities finally catch up with all of these criminals. Today Tonight have previously run a story on Larry, reporting his inability to afford maintenance on his children, but maintaining his luxury penthouses and his own helicopter. This is what life is like when you have no ‘legal’ income. The search results which tell the story of Larry’s long history with horse racing software and now arbitrage investment schemes speaks for itself.
And while OzRipOff.com continues to post articles calling me a scammer and worse, they have not once provided any form of evidence or argument in support of their claims. Meanwhile, as clearly shown in this article, I have plenty of evidence proving their lies, their corruption, and their fraud.

If you have been ripped off by CSI Arbitrage, or any of the previous arbitrage or horse racing scams, then keep an eye out – a group of pissed off people are snowballing into a very large angry mob, who want justice. Since the original defamatory post was a made, a second post about me and Sports Arbitrage Guide has also been posted. The first article, titled simply, “Shane Greenup Wanker” was replaced on the front page of OzRipOff with the much more aggressively titled “Shane Greenup, the sexual deviate’s sportsarbitrageguide scam”.
In the first article, the author simply insults me and attempts to be intimidating. All of the comments are without doubt posted by the same person, with one exception, the first post by “honest”, which I posted in an attempt to inform ignorant readers of the article of the context in which the post was made. The DAY after making this post, my email account, paypal and moneybookers account were hacked, and a significant amount of money was stolen from me.
The second article simply attempts to undermine my integrity, honesty and reputation. It fails for several reasons, primarily missing the point of Sports Arbitrage Guide being a “Free Guide” and also missing the fact that SAG covers every single arbitrage alert service in the market – thus making it impossible for their lies to be even close to reality – there is no way that I personally own every single arbitrage alert software in the market. Not to mention, that the whole thing is a lie anyway – I don’t run any alert service, I “Affiliate” with every alert service which runs an affiliate program, and happily claim whatever small commission I can from the sales off my website, but I am otherwise not associated with these companies at all. But anyone can see that for themselves just by looking – and you can also see the numerous ones which do NOT run affiliate programs, which are also reviewed in my comprehensive* listing of alert service providers. (*Comprehesnive excluding all known SCAM products and services not yet made known to me)
OzRipOff.com is Run by CSI Arbitrage
I knew CSI Arbitrage was behind this assault on my reputation, but what I did not know until recently, was that the entire website was operated by the same people who run CSI. The proof came when I compared the ip addresses of the emails I received from Antoinette Mead, the director of Cohen Strachan Investment, and the ip address of the emails I received from “John Taylor” of OzRipOff.com – They were identical. 59.167.219.109
Further evidence came when Richard Partington posted on OzRipOff about CSI Arbitrage (http://www.ozripoff.com/report-view/826-cohen-screwyouoveryour-investment), and overnight his report of a real rip-off, was quickly turned around into defamatory attack on his character (equally backed up with the same number and style of ‘user comments’ as can be seen on my own articles – further evidence that the SAME PERSON is performing all of these posts and comments.). Anyone can test this fact out for themselves – go to OzRipOff.com right now, and post a report about CSI Arbitrage being a scam, and I guarantee it will be removed – unlike every other article about any other company, which requires you to spend $6000 to have an ‘investigator’ investigate you and clear your name…
Furthermore, only in the last week, CSI actually went and reposted the same lies about me on OzRipOff.com into their own blog (csiarbitrage.com.au/blogview/directors-reponse-re-richard-partington-322). They repeat the lie about the alert services being mine, and incorrectly assume that Richard Partington is somehow under my control or direction. I met Richard Partington for the first time when I went to his CTTT hearing against CSI Arbitrage in Gosford – he was already well under way in his legal proceedings against them, and had already spent a long time investigating them before I even met them. I went to the hearing simply out of duty to my visitors and readers – I felt obliged to find out what was going on. Sadly, I was the only other person who turned up on the day – not even Antoinette Mead (Toni Mead) showed up, but instead partook in the hearing via telephone… The judge did incorrectly assume I was a friend of Richards at the time (since I was there, and no one else was – it is a reasonable assumption), and introduced me to Antoinette Mead as such when the call connected – but the reality was that i was just trying to find the truth – as I always have. Since then, I have found the truh – and as all of this evidence is already demonstrating, it is not in CSI’s favour. So ironically, CSI’s accusation that Richard is working under my directions has the cart before the horse.
And finally, to segue nicely into the next topic, what sort of respectable company publicly names a mere moderator of a public forum, and identifies their geographical location and real name as a way of dealing with the fall out of a disgruntled customer? ArbForum.co.uk is NOT my website. There are 5 moderators there, and 1 administrator – and for some reason, they single me out personally in this way and attempt to make it sound like *I* am responsible for Richard’s ‘rants’. This is NOT respectable company behaviour, under any circumstances. It also completely misses the fact that I have probably deleted more of Richards posts than anyone in an attempt to keep him under control (he’s angry – and I don’t blame him).
Cohen Strachan Investment Lies
CSI Lying Shill in ArbForum – TopOdds
TopOdds spent two years trying to infiltrate ArbForum. He cried scam at every arbitrage scam that was found – and brought plenty of new ones to everyone’s attention. He also spent a lot of time belittling the monthly subscription services (in exactly the same way that they were belittled in the OzRipOff and CSI articles), saying that they were useless and a waste of money. Lastly, he spent a lot of time talking about how “he wouldn’t sell everything he knew for anything less than $50,000!” In short, he spent his whole time on arbforum trying to sound like an experience professional arber, and tried to make $100 a month for an alert service sound too expensive, but $17,600 for some training and software cheap.
And then he posted this thread on arbforum. Sadly, my own replies there show my ignorance at the time, but that was the way it went down. It is clear now that TopOdds was indeed a Shill from the beginning. When confronted with such accusations, he rants:
im not a customer,i dont own it,i dont work for them,i didnt build the app,im not paul perry!(as far as i know hes a leading sydney racing identy/trianer – so shouldnt be hard to find!)

Yet comparing his IP used to make the posts on ArbForum, with the IP used to log in to trial the Carbon A software 2 years ago, and I found (surprise!) that Topodds was in FACT posting on arbforum from CSI’s office. (btw, note the trades on that screenshot – none of them are arbs?!??!?!)
No respectable company would spend 2 YEARS setting up such a deep shill. Systematically trying to undermine every competitor in the marketplace, legitimate or not, while lying the whole time about who he was, what his experience is, and what his intentions were.
Ironically, it was only because of TopOdds posted the review of CSI that all of this happened. I was happy to ignore CSI altogether – actively fighting scams and scammers didn’t seem worth my time, i had done my part by warning people REPEATEDLY on SAG about scams already – but then TopOdds made his post, and Richard Partington came on the scene making lots of noise – and TopOdds started to defend CSI a little bit too hard. If it wasn’t for TopOdds’ great work defending CSI, I may have never got suspicious. And if it wasn’t for CSI making this personal – by making defamatory comments about me online, and trying to harm my reputation, I don’t think i would have bothered going to all this trouble of reporting their illegal activities to the police, the ACCC, ASIC, Politicians and media outlets, not to mention this much more public posting, which ultimately will reveal their true criminal nature once and for all – hopefully stopping the need for people to bother emailing Richard or myself any more, unsure whether CSI is a scam or not…
So congratulations CSI – Antoinette Mead, Larry pickering, and Wayne Evans – you actually did this all to yourselves.
CSI Steals Their Alert Service Feed
As stated in my original article in 2007, CSI Arbitrage’s Carbon A steals it’s arbitrage alert feed from SportsPunter. I thought that SportsPunter had fixed the problem from their end, but a statutory declaration from an ex employee of CSI states that the attempt to stop CSI from stealing and reselling their feed for the biggest mark-up ever didn’t completely work, and CSI continued to use Sports Punter’s feed. I am not certain that they still use SportsPunters arb feed now, but it was clear that CSI never intended on making their own odds collection and analysis service – they just made someone else’s work look like it belonged to them.
Larry Pickering is CSI Arbitrage
You can also see in that stat dec, that Luke states that he worked for Larry Pickering. Antoinette (toni) Mead is just the fall person. She’s the one who will end up in prison when the authorities finally catch up with all of these criminals. Today Tonight have previously run a story on Larry, reporting his inability to afford maintenance on his children, but maintaining his luxury penthouses and his own helicopter. This is what life is like when you have no ‘legal’ income. The search results which tell the story of Larry’s long history with horse racing software and now arbitrage investment schemes speaks for itself.
And while OzRipOff.com continues to post articles calling me a scammer and worse, they have not once provided any form of evidence or argument in support of their claims. Meanwhile, as clearly shown in this article, I have plenty of evidence proving their lies, their corruption, and their fraud.
Take Action
If you have been ripped off by CSI Arbitrage, or any of the previous arbitrage or horse racing scams, then keep an eye out – a group of pissed off people are snowballing into a very large angry mob, who want justice. Take the time to subscribe to this thread on ArbForum, and follow all of the directions posted by Richard – he has done tremendous work finding every avenue possible to make these con men (and woman) accountable for their crimes
